1.1 Once an order has been placed through our website, you may cancel or modify it by sending us an email at info@elvanamelbourne.com
1.2 Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed; instead, it must be returned to us in accordance with Section 10 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You are, of course, welcome to notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation. An early refund is possible no sooner than 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the goods have not been delivered.
1.3 As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to interrupt the shipping process once it has started, and a refund before receiving the goods is only possible within 15 minutes of placing the order.
2.1 Our return policy is part of these terms under which you visit and use our website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may send us an email specifying which product you wish to return, and return the product to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the last product.
2.3 Returns and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 The customer is only entitled to a refund once the product has been received by us. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
2.5 You must ensure the product is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it and properly packaged. The product must be unused, the tags must not be removed or tampered with, and the product must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If a product is returned in a damaged condition, we also reserve the right to reject the return.
